Workout:
30 secs on : 15 secs off
x 2-3 rounds
– Squat jumps
– Reverse Lunges right leg
– Reverse lunges left leg
– DB Deadlifts
– Bench Hoppers
– Step up + reverse lunge (Right leg)
– Step up + reverse lunge (Left leg)
– 3 pulse crunch
– Ab circles
– Jack knives
Finish with 10 mins on Bike.
