This video was for educational and entertainment purposes. I think it works as a great detox or cleanse but eating like this everyday isn’t for me. just wanted to try something different 🙂
I tried IU’s diet for 3 days and lost 3lbs..
Breakfast: 1 Apple
Lunch: 1-2 Sweet Potatoes
Dinner: Protein shake
= less than 600 calories a day.. I know crazy! I survived all 3 days & lost 1 inch off my waist / -.25 inches off each leg. I’m sure I lost some weight but like I said in the video this is a detox for me from all the thanksgiving good eats.
