I TRIED RED VELVET WENDY DIET (which includes aspects of the Wheesung 13 Day Deadly Diet) and I lost a ridiculous amount of weight. EDIT: I made a mistake in the total calories. 1/2 cup of uncooked rice cooked is closer to 1 1/2 cups of rice so the total calories of the rice is around 300, NOT 100. Total calories for the diet: 350 NOT 150!

As usual, I do not encourage dieting and rather support making healthier changes to your individual everyday diet. I did this diet for 3 days and it left me tired, moody and ill. If you want to change your body, start by making changes to your everyday diet; DONT GO ON A DIET! I do not recommend this diet AT ALL.
